Pre-purchase real estate inspections include an in-water dive to assess the condition of the existing seawall, dock, pilings, and boat lift. A typewritten evaluation is emailed within 24 hours of the inspection.

Water's Edge Marine Construction is a licensed marine construction company that is qualified by Norma Jean Jalovec. Services include coral rock seawall facing, seawall seam sealing, pile wrap installation, and installation of dock accessories.
SEAGRASS/EVALUATION SURVEYS
Seagrass surveys include an in-water dive to determine evidence of marine seagrasses that may be growing in areas of potential construction; these may influence permitting requirements.
Inspections of existing seawalls, docks, or piles will determine the condition of the structure; recommendations for repair or replacement will be included in a typewritten evaluation with local marine contractor recommendations.
